- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I wouldnt give this company any stars but i cant post review without it! I had a castle cake delivered for my daughters 1st birthday it had clearly been rushed and dropped and put back together it was in a right state! i emailed pics to the company they agreed it was a mess but said they could only give me a 50% refund 12 days later and i have still not got a refund and am getting no reply to phone calls or emails. Disgusting if you ask me i had to phone 20 times on my daughters birthday before i got through then had to email pics 4 times as apparently they wasnt receiving them and i had to go out and buy my daughter a cake from the supermarket as the cake was in such a state i couldnt give it to her.By Admin, March 08, 2018
