    really really shhocked about the service, i paid a lot of money for the bouquet, i chose the flowers i wanted, i told them i want a bog bouquet not like the ones they had in the shop and i didnt want it in a gift bag. when the flowers arrived for the wedding, the bouquet was like the ones they had in the shop, the bouquest did not have any flowers i chose and they gave it in a gift bag. when i called to complin they did niot accepot any responsibility. shocking
